Meet Ninja

This is Ninja. He is the most unique rabbit you will ever meet in your life- if you ever visit him one day. He is extremely domesticated and unlike other rabbits, he absolutely HATES being outside which is quite funny. The only place Ninja loves to run wild and explore is in our family house.

When we try kicking him outside (not literally KICK, but lure) he will not budge for the life of him. He literally stays put, lowers his ears and head and gives you the most evil look. There has been times where we tell him that he is growing up and needs to explore and when he actually does go outside, he stays in ONE PLACE the whole time! Keep in mind that he is supervised and we always look outside every 30 minutes to make sure there are no cats in sight. There is this huge potted plant outside and he always stays behind it for three dang hours. It's too funny!!

When we open the door for him to come home, he will run inside and be PISSED. He will not look at us the whole day or pay attention. I feel bad because I know he feels like we are punishing him but Ninja is a rabbit and he seriously needs to explore. We have had him since he was three months old so he is most likely used to remaining indoors. I cannot wait until Ninja meets "smashed faced" who was found in the wild. It'll be interesting to see how they will interact with each other. Hopefully the other rabbit will teach Ninja a thing or two about surviving outside.

He cannot be a spoiled bunny brat forever...

Now I understand why parents push their children to finish school or do something else besides stay at home all day long. Actually.. I still do not know how it feels like to be a mom but I definitely know the bond between a human and their pet. Whatever animal you take care of, they show you their love in the most humorous and unique ways. When I was depressed, Ninja would follow me EVERYWHERE and even hop on my lap to watch shows with me on the couch.

It's too cute and sweet considering that he is a rabbit. He may not be a dog, cat, fish, horse, hamster, parakeet, or reptile but he is part of the family. Ninja is smart and the best pet any person could have. Ever.
