Onions!!

I have been loving onions lately! They taste delicious and have positive health benefits to it! Anyway.. I've been mixing onions, cilantro, shredded lettuce, dash of sugar and salt, pinch of crushed chili, two tbls patis (fish sauce), and one lime squeezed together. I let it sit for about 10 minutes to soak up the flavors and serve it with hot rice. Boy does this hit the spot.. it's affordable to make and deeeeelicious. I love sour food which is why I prefer to eat this all the time.
